Just thought I should add a few notes to explain a few things...
Lots of experience with another Auction site beginning with E but only just a beginner in this part of the online world. Struggling with pppay and google checkout but I will get there in time.
Most importantly...I will Refund any item which fails to come up to expectations but do ask that said item is returned. I know this is a hassle but I will also refund postage. I like to think that no buyer will ever 'lose out' on a transaction.
