The Magazine is approximately 8-1/4 X 10-15/16 inches and 40 pages long.

This magazine is in good condition. Note that there is remnants of an address label on the front cover. Both front and back covers have small dents and minor creasing, back page has a small 1/8" rip on the bottom. I see no other writing or marking in the magazine.
