The Magazine is approximately 8-1/4 X 10-15/16 inches and 40 pages long.

This magazine is in good condition. Note that there is an address label on the front cover that I have blanked out the address in the picture. The address appears on the actual magazine. There is a small (1-1/4 inch X 1/2 inch) liquid stain that runs from the rear cover through to the front of the magazine . I see no other writing or marking in the magazine.
