The Magazine is approximately 8-1/4 X 10-15/16 inches and 40 pages long.
This is in fair condition but I see the following: Page 37/38 has a part of it cut-out and missing.
I see no writing or marking in the Magazine. The Covers are in fair condition with minor folding, scuffing and denting.
