believed to be unused.....out of box......there are a set of light scratches on the feet...not sure if they are from when it was made..cannot really see head on.....seen with manification and glare of light on an angle................ this is a heritage house version making these since 1979.......v. evers stamped pn the back with 1979 year........also say 3/15/23 on the brochure.........
