Any faults must be reported within 48 hours once you receive the item.
PayPal only accepted or if agreed cash on collection.
Items with bids over £20.00 will be sent by signed post at an additional cost of £1.00. Items with bids over £50.00 will only be sent fully insured by Special Delivery at an additional cost of £3.25 - so please wait for an invoice after the auction.
Once payment has cleared, most goods are usually dispatched within 2 business days.
Please note p&p costs are based on weight, packaging time/material costs and any other associated charges. Where appropriate for heavy lots, other couriers may be used.
If you win more than one lot, combined postage is always offered. This keeps p&p costs to a minimum. I will send an invoice asap when the auction ends.
If there are any questions, please ask BEFORE the auction ends and I'll try and answer asap. However, please be patient as I am sometimes away from my computer.
Please note, all items are sent using Royal Mail (unless stated otherwise). If your order does not arrive by the estimated delivery date, you must contact me via message before leaving feedback, so that I can investigate the matter. In rare cases, items can sometimes be lost through the postal system. If so, I will arrange for a refund to be issued and ensure that is claim is made against the courier for any lost items.

INTERNATIONAL BUYERS - Items costing under £20 (unless otherwise stated in the listing) will be sent either by Royal Mail International Standard or Royal Mail International Economy. Both these options do not include Tracking or Signed delivery. The upgrade postage option to include tracked or signed (RM International Tracked or Signed) is available but there is an additional charge for this service.
