Question From prr27 [+1] Sun 06 Mar 2022 13:09:04 (AEST) Thank you Keith. we received it , have got couple of questions to you.
1. I really appreciate if you could send me the entire video of assembly instructions/steps especially the little box where pendulam gets attached and the 2 ladders . the parts of very flimsy that we are scared to do some experiments.
2. It seems to me that couple of parts are short in the package when compared to the picture you posted.
3.Looks like there is no way to attach pictures here, so I am going to send you an email with couple of photos showing the parts we received and another one.
4. as noted above, since the parts are so delicate, is it possible you could throw couple of spare parts along.
5. as a last resort, Is it possible you could have this assembled for us if i bear the shipping charges?
thanks again.
