1950s Lucas Cyclometer bicycle accessory. Mileometer / odometer device. Though new, old stock it's had a poor shelf life; the box is scruffy and the peg for the spoke and the odometer itself have superficial surface tarnishing. The standard Lucas bracket has been lost but making a bespoke one for your bicycle might be a better option. The instruction leaflet is present, not often the case.
