Seller's Description
Stone Type _________________ Mozambique Garnet Approximate Stone Size _______ 16x12mm Approximate Stone Weight _____ 12 cts Jewelry Metal _______________ Solid 925 Sterling Silver Approximate Metal Weight _____ 4 grams Ring Size __________________ Size selectable during checkout Our Warranty _______________ A full year on workmanship Our Guarantee _____________ Totally unconditional 30 day guarantee ____________________________________________________________________ We've got the most heart stopping, beautiful Mozambique Garnets in the world (in our humble opinion), and you could have one on your hand soon! Garnets from this area of the world have exceptional clarity and color. I really, really, really hate muddy prune-juice-colored garbage that's passed off as nice garnets. Yuck! I just won't do it. Instead, when the Mozambique mines started producing, I focused on their material, and love every one of them. Yes, they cost a tad more, but golly, are they worth it. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ 8/27/14 Note: Since creating this listing, the mines in Mozambique have started to run out of material. The larger stones are all but gone, and I will not be able to get any more. The price you see in this listing reflects the current market, and is only going to go higher, probably doubling again before Christmas. When these stones are gone, they are gone. I've got only 3-4 checkerboard cut Mozambique's this size, and maybe 2 in the standard flat top cut. I'm sorry for the rapid price increase, but I have no control. These Mozambique stones have, for years now, been the best Garnets on the market, but with the mines playing out, the larger ones will vanish, but the smaller ones will still be around for awhile. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ The sides have a nice wide filigree pattern, allowing the stone to stand on it's own merits. It's a nice addition to your collection, one that you can wear anytime you want with anything you want. And that's pretty hard to beat. Oh yeah -- it's pretty, too, especially with that flowing filigree running down the sides of the ring. ____________________________________________________________________ BTW, Since we make this from scratch after you order it, we have a lot of flexibility. We can also cast this in yellow, white or rose gold, and in any of 10k, 14k, or 18k. Obviously, these choices will affect the price, but email us and let us know what you're interested in, and we'll give you the best price we can live with. We enjoy a strong repeat business, and keep it by making good jewelry you'll want to wear at prices that we both can live with. |
