This listing is for the pictured Home & Garden Party A Unique Opportunity Handout.
It has note in the corner "Rev. 8/98."
It is a trifold glossy print.
What this is, is an explanation of getting started selling with Home and Garden Party. It shows 3 kits as examples of which ones you could buy to get started hosting parties to sell with them. It also tells you some of the benefits they offered for certain achievements.
It is an interesting piece of nostalgia. I will send it to you with one of these old order envelopes. The one pictured is the worst quality one of these envelopes. The other ones are better, some showing almost no wear. I'm not sure if any of them do open though. If you don't want the envelope, you can just let me know, and I'll leave it out.
It does have a stamp of grandma's name and number on the back. It shows some wear, but is in pretty good condition considering its age.
I have only a very few of these. I also have two full size catalogs with the Snowman and Floral Collections on the covers, and one mini catalog. After I've sold these 3, I don't have any more extras.
I also have one last Tiara and half size Tiara Catalog, along with some order forms left.
