This is a 12mm diameter mouthpiece in German Silver, mouthpeice size per the title - there is a conversion chart to imperial measurements below

Tongue Saver Properties:-

* Minimal pressure on the tongue
* Allows the horse to swallow
* Shaped to the horse's mouth

This bit should help prevent the tongue from lolling out due to pressure, ideally please try with a simple cavesson noseband on first use.
