An English astrologer and one of the founders of the Hermetic Brotherhood of Luxor, whose books were translated in the early twentieth century by the Russian astrologer V.N. Zakrygaev. Later, together with Theon and Davidson, they organized the Hermetic Brotherhood of Luxor.
