This listing is for 1 x bag of paydirt from the Australian Gemfields. You will need, a mesh sive, a bowl (that is big enough to put the sieve in), a tray, spray bottle, and some tweezers. Then follow these steps: 1. Place a mesh sieve over a bowl in the sink 2. Pour a quarter of the dirt into the sieve 3. Run water over the dirt until the bowl beneath is full 4. Gently swirl the sieve in the water to loosen all dirt 5. Tip the washed paydirt onto the tray and spread it out. Spray with water and slowly go through your paydirt. To easily identify the gems, simply look for pieces of stone that look like coloured glass. Holding to the light is the best way to do this, so we always recommend looking when your outside in full sun,Each bag is different. Gems found in the region include sapphires, Opals, garnets, Yellow & Green Aventurines, Labradorites, Rainbow Moonstones, Black Onyxs, Carnelians, Moss Agates, Smoky quarts.
