We do not take responsibility for lost or damaged items through the post. Your item will be send by regular mail. Let us know if you would like registered or express mail, so your item is insured and can be tracked.

If you are not happy with your item, you may contact us within 3 days after you receive the parcel and we will try to help and solve the issue. The buyer pays for all shipping costs.
