Description
Item: A chrome plastic shift indicator for a three speed automatic transmission.
Manufacturer: Unknown.
Condition: Used, rough condition.
-The Good: The indicator lens is in good shape. All mounting holes are intact and undamaged.
-The Bad: There is a chunk missing in the front as seen in the photos. I have no idea what this is for, what it was off of, or who makes it. All I can see is a Made in Taiwan sticker on the inside. I've seen similar shifters in Shelby Cobra's, but I doubt that this part came out of such a vehicle. It came in a box of parts for a 1967-1969 Chevrolet Camaro, but I highly doubt that this part is for that car.
Measurements: 9” long and about 2” tall.
Other Information: While I don’t know much about this part, I figure that there is someone out there who could use it. From what I have researched it is similar in style to B&M shifters. Perhaps it’s an old knock off? Part could use a good cleaning before installation. A neat part to install in you vintage vehicle or your rat rod!
