Satsyperov Fedor Alexandrovich (1887-1952), PhD in biological sciences, professor, major specialist in medicinal plants. During the First World War, he took an active part in the collection of medicinal plants and worked in the administrative bodies for the procurement of medicinal herbs, and participated in the development of the first standards for medicinal herbs.
