Name: Daniil Ivanovich Yuvachev; 1905-1942), writer, poet and playwright. Early on, he became fascinated with the avant-garde art of futuristic poetry. In the 1920s he took the pseudonym Kharms and became a member of the literary groups Left Flank and Academy of Left Classics, which abandoned the norms of the Russian language and experimented with texts a lot. The poet became known as a member of the Oberio group, author of poems and stories for children. He was repressed and died in a prison hospital on February 2, 1942 in Leningrad.
