Some Information About xstockx
I have been selling online for a number of years now, both with my own websites, on Ebid, Ebay and various other sites. I left Ebid and Ebay for a few years as I got downhearted when my websites (that were just begining to take off) disappeared from the World Wide Web overnight. It seems that the creator and hosting company, kept all the websites that they created on one server and when this crashed they somehow lost all the files. Of course I was a complete novice at the time and never asked for any FTP files, meaning I had no back up to my site. So all the hard work was lost overnight. So I spent a few years studying computers and in particular web design, so I at least now know what to look for and what to ask for in the future.
My account on Ebay still exists and I currently have a feedback score of 272 and 100% positive. My name on there, if you want to check is "Carling55football", (dont ask it's a long story lol). I am currently trying to create my new website and recently secured the domain name xstockx.com for 5 years, so hopefully will be up and running soon.

Returns
In the unlikely event that you are not happy with your item, I am more than happy to refund you for the item once it has been successfully returned back to me. Postage paid will only be refunded in the event that the item differs from the one shown in the photographs ie, Different colour, different size on label or the like. Postage will not be refunded simply because the item does not fit or the buyer has changed their mind about keeping the item. I realise this is pretty self-explanatory, but I would rather be clear here so as to avoid confusion later. If you are unhappy with your product please contact me via eBid message so that I can rectify any concerns rather than leaving negative feedback first.
Shipping
All items are sent via Royal Mail using the following services:
UK - First Class Recorded delivery
UK – Second Class Recorded delivery
International – Royal Mail AirSure 'Signed for' delivery
I only ship using these services as they are efficient and reliable and allows me to provide the customer with a means of tracking their parcel. Delivery using this service takes approximately 1-3 working days for UK customers and 5-15 working days worldwide depending on the location & the impact of any adverse weather conditions in the area. I always have proof of posting and will help with liaising with Royal Mail for lost in post items using standard delivery. In the case of lost items refunds will be dealt with via Royal Mail.
Payment
Payment can be made by PayPal as this is a safe, secure method & protects both the buyer & seller.
Cheques and postal orders are also accepted, but cheques will need to be cleared before an item is dispatched.
