POSTAGE & HANDLING
Our Postage may include a small Handling fee for the packaging (envelope, bubble wrap, tapes, etc) & processing of shipping item(s).We do combine postage charges for multiple purchases. Combined postage charges as follow: The highest postage will be charged full and the rest will be charged at 50% of the postage.
Registered Mail will be charged at additional S$3.00.
PAYMENT
We prefer payments via Funds Transfer to POSB/ OCBC Account.
For international buyers, we accept payment via PayPal, Money Order or Bank Funds Transfer to OCBC (for Malaysian bidders)
TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. Payments are to be made within 3 days upon successful bidding or item will be relisted.
2. Goods sold are non-returnable/ refundable unless stated otherwise.
3. Sidz Colleczion reserves all rights to cancel an order if item is out of stock especially for imported items.
4. Sidz Colleczion has no control over delay in deliveries and items lost or damaged by SingPost/ Courier. Todate there has been no complaints of buyers not receiving items both for our orders via Auction and Phone. Buyers can be assured that Sidz Colleczion WILL send items out for delivery. Items' condition will be rechecked to ensure that item(s) are not damaged or defected in any way before mailing. Registered Mail is often encouraged for high valued items.
