I am unable to ammend current listings because I am having trouble getting a new credit card delivered, so some unavailable items may be still listed.

I post items 2 or more times per week

So you can expect your package within 1-4 working days of payment (longer for second class).

Although normal deliveries take less than these times,
please notify me within the time period specified below if your parcel has not arrived
UK; 7 days .
Europe: 15 days
Other: 5 weeks.

PAYMENT
Please deduct 4% of the ITEM price only if you you will be paying via BACS/internet banking.
Uncrossed postal orders can be mailed at your own risk.
Please make payable to Robert Cohen.
Your name and address must be written clearly on the back of the envelope.
Your username and a BRIEF DECRIPTION of the item you are paying for for must be enclosed within, or pencilled on the postal order/cheque.
If you are paying for anything other than Standard Airmail or second class UK post, please add this info also.

I pack as lightly as sensibly possible

If you are buying MULTIPLE ITEMS, this is how I normally calculate the shipping;
UK; Parcels 500g and under £1.99 second class
Parcels 1k and under £2.99 second class
Parcels valued between £36 and £40 may be sent via recorded mail.
parcels over £40 are sent either via special delivery, or by sending in 2 seperate 2nd/1st class parcels if possible and as you prefer.

Non uk; parcels over £36 need £5 for insurance,
to avoid this, items can be sent in 2 seperate parcels.
There are exceptions to the above, such as but not limited to couriered parcels. This would be discussed with you first
Europe
Non european countries and USA

You will not be charged for me underestimating, and I will not be refunding any overpayments.

PACKING YOUR ITEMS
I am sensible, respectfull and mature, but I do not cater for OCD sufferers or extreme perfectionists UNLESS REQUESTED.

I have had over 2 years experience of packing, and get continual good reports.

I follow royal mails guidelines for packaging liquids and other potentially problematic items.

Items are generally packed in bubble wrap and parcel paper or a jiffy bag, TC items are usually sent in slim, custom made boxes.

I use my own sensible judgement about what level of potential squashing would be acceptable.
I don't consider that a broken blister pack (other than on obvious gift items) or squashed clay would be a problem and assume that items are bought for personal use and not for resale.
If you are a big perfectionist, or you need/want the extra expense of a heavy and rigid box, please ask.
If 2 identical items are bought, then I sometimes remove any duplicate instructions or uneccesary blister packaging if it saves you postage.
If 2 amounts of an item are bought, then I might put them both in one bag or one container eg; 2x 20g pots of glitter might arrive in one 40g pot.

Rattling items get 'lost' in transit !
So (unless you are buying recorded mail) I re-package those so that they dont rattle, enclosing the original packaging with them for your information.
Glass, pottery and items intended for gift giving (like floral candles) are sent in boxes to protect the manufacturers packaging and the item.
If you want them wrapped in bubble wrap instead, then ask and I will reduce the P&P.

Please write with clear reference to the item or previous correspondence that you are talking about.
You can expect a response within 1-16 GMT daylight hours.
So please write again, letting me know that you haven't received my mail and I will write to you via the community forum.
If you haven't received a reply then never assume that I have ignored you
I only ignore mail if you;

1) appear aggressive, accusatory or otherwise rude
2) are asking questions that are clearly answered in the listing or on this page.
3) are requesting dispach confirmations for unregistered mail(although ebid may send confirmation automatically)

4) are English yet show no effort to communicate effectively (please read over your question before you mail it)

5) are asking about the whereabouts of a parcel that does not fall anywhere near the above stated 'late' dates.
