Hi, my name is Rob and my business is called Toy Box Treats We sell quality wooden toys from various suppliers. All of our toys are brand new and come in their original packaging. We only source from manufacturers who adhere to strict 'Fair Trade' policies and use sustainable resources in the manufacturing of their wooden toys. All of our wooden toys conform to EU & UK safety guidelines as well as toy safety standards. They are also independently tested for all safety aspects within the UK and meet EN71 and/or CE certification.
P&P All items are dispatched via 1st Class Royal Mail within two business days after payment has cleared. We offer discounted P&P at £1.00 for each additional item purchased. Our preferred method of payment is PayPal which enables you to pay instantly. Other methods are available on request. We kindly ask that you pay for your item(s) within 3 days of purchase. In order to reduce cost, some bulky items may be sent via Roya Mail Standard Parcel Service.
Returns Policy If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return the item for a full refund. Item(s) must be returned within 7 days in the condition you received them. i.e original packaging, unused & undamaged. The refund does not include any postal fees that you will have incurred. Please email us before returning any item(s) Thank you
