A contract between the customer and Radical Fight Store for the sale of our products will only exist once an order has been accepted, processed and dispatched. This does not affect your statutory rights. Prices and availability of goods are subject to change without notice.
Your Right to Cancel
You may normally cancel your order (once accepted by us) for any reason up to the point of dispatch. If you do cancel within this time any payments made by you will be refunded in full within 14 days.
Returns Policy
If for whatever reason you are not happy with our products you may return them to us within 7 days of receipt. We will be more than happy to offer you an exchange, or a refund provided that the products returned are unused and in the condition they were sent to you in. Please note the conditions shown on the washing label of the garment as, unfortunately we cannot refund or exchange if these instructions have not been followed.
For all returns, except where the item is faulty, you will need to arrange and pay for the goods to be returned to us. When returning items we strongly recommend that you obtain proof of postage. We cannot accept responsibility for goods sent back to us that are lost in the post. We will only pay for postage for returns where an item is faulty or a mistake has been made on behalf of RFS.
