We are a southampton based marine outboard specialist company, we buy and sell new and used outboards, we break outboards for spares so dont throw your broken engine out contact me first. Our returns policy on new items are very simple, if you dont like it return it in the same condition in the same packaging for full refund, as p&p is included in most of the listings we dont refund the postage on returns. Electrical items are non returnable, all items sent have proof of postage or will be sent signed for, in the event that the item is lost or damaged in transit it is your responsibility make a claim against the courier. Second hand items are sold as is unless otherwise stated and no returns/refunds are possible unless prior agreement is made.
