Here at Orkney Balm we have a range of off the shelf products designed in mind for you, your horse or pets. The Aromatherapy range includes Aloe vera and Essential Oils combined with other natural base products such as Shea butter and Sweet Almond Oil amongst others that we use for preparations such as Mud Fever, Sweet Itch, wound applications, lotions and balms which we post worldwide (please contact us for a quote outside the UK). We don't stop there though! We also offer products which we make specific to you or your animals needs and problems.
Within the range we make Fly and Midge repellent containing Neem Oil which is very effective against the little critters. we also stock a selection of Bach Flower Remedies and a variety of Homeopathic remedies which come from Nelsons, a well known and respected company. Essential oils and base products are also available, again sourced from reputable companies. A service also provided is Reiki, this can either be done either by hands on or by distance (see distance reiki).
Our advice is free but I must stress we are not vet's or doctor's and for any serious problems advice must be sought from a professional before using our tailor made product service. Our equine range is called equiroma for products designed with animals in mind.
Our return policy is simply if you receive the product and do not tamper with or use it we will accept returns. The buyer pays the return postage (Unless the item is damaged in which case we will pay to have the item returned to us for inspection) and when received we will give you a full refund for your original purchase and postage. We aim to have your product in the post within 3 business days after payment clears although it is usually next working day! Any problems or queries are dealt with swiftly and we always obtain proof of posting. More expensive items are posted recorded delivery.
