Welcome all to our new online store. We're on the move adding more and more products to our store on a daily basis. But sit back and feel free to shop around for some great deals.
For legal reasons, we have to state the following policies/terms and conditions of the sale. All buyers are responsible for reading the information below prior to any purchase. By completing the checkout the buyer is stating, they have read and agreed to the terms and conditions stated below. If any buyer does not agree to the terms stated below or any part of it, they are not to purchase the item(s) from our company.
Warranty : The item will come with a defective exchange policy of 7 calendar days from when the item is delivered to you. Buyer has 7 calendar days from the date the courier delivers your item to contact us with any defects with the product you purchases from us. If the product you purchases requires that your computer or notebook has to be physicially opened, we require that you hire a licensed technician from the manufacturer to do the repairs. The warranty coverages does not cover any compatibility issues, tampering, modification, abuse, if you installed the item yourself and your not licensed by the manufacturer, or if you failed to contact us within the 7 day period.
You are responsible for shipping charges to have the item shipped back to us or the address we state, along with all the original items that came with the item purchased. In turn we will pay for the shipping charges for the replacement item to you, as long as its in the contiential United States. All products are specially marked, photographed, and serial numbers recorded at time of delivery.
Shipping : We can only ship products to the confirmed address given to the payment service that you used to pay for the item. We cannot under any circumstances, ship the product to any other location than this location stated by the payment service. You as the buyer are responsible to ensure you have accurate and up to date shipment information prior to making any purchase/payment from our store. We will not accept any requests to have item shipped to any other alternate address once the payment has been completed, there will be no exceptions. Because this is an internet transaction, the safety and security for both our company and are buyers are put first.Once we tell you when the item has shipped, you as the buyer are responsible for being present at time at delivery. Some packages may require a signature. If the product is returned back to us or without an RMA, the buyer will be refunded the purchase price of the item only. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
You will receive a response from us to when your item is ready to ship, the email will be sent to the email address which was associated with your PayPal account. All emails from our company will be sent to the email address which has been provided by the payment service.
Payment : There will be a clearance time of about 5 business days on all payments for domestic orders and 7 business days for international orders. Once again as stated in the shipping section, all buyers are responsible for having up to date information regarding the shipment address associated with the payment. Immediate payment is required for all purchases.
Technical : All buyers are responsible for conducting the proper research prior to purchasing item. Company will not give any presales or technical support regarding the products listed. If buyer is unsure about a product they are to contact the manufacturer directly. Returns Accepted
Warranty is 7 calendar days from confirmed delivery date. Installations are to be performed by manufacture licensed technicians to have valid warranty coverage. Shipping charges are not refundable. Warranty is for defective exchange only. It does not cover abuse, misuse, compatibility issues, modifications, or installations made by non manufactured licensed individuals.
