Thank You for caring enough to get to know me.  I am "Mah".  I am a disabled housewife who simply is offering you a mixed bag of goodies, predominantly used, good quality items that are no longer useful or needed in my  family.  I am not new to auction sites

I strive to give you a very accurate description of each item, including flaws, in addition to photographs taken just prior to listing.  Clothing items will be freshly laundered,  items come from a smoke free house, however, I do have a cat.  My goal is to offer you items at a reasonable price with Shipping and Handling fees of just what it costs me to package and send the item(s) to you.  If you purchase more than one item I am willing to package the items together if it will save you money. 

Generally I will ship your items, whenever possible, via USPS priority mail.  This means that in most cases the item will arrive to you in 3 days or so once I have mailed the item.  There are occassions when it sometimes takes a day or two longer.  All packages shipped through the USPS will come with delivery confirmation.  This is an assurance that the item has reached it's destination.  I also will provide insurance free of charge on most items.

How I do business is I have the items already packaged prior to putting up for auction.  This allows me to get the item out to you in 1 business day after receiving a completed payment, in most cases.  I also use PayPal so that my customers are protected.  PayPal offers a variety of payment methods, and if paying with a credit card, you don't need an account.  Rest assured your financial information is safe, no matter what method you choose to pay with, Credit Card, direct bank transfer, direct paypal account transfer or e-check, the only information I receive is your ID and the amount paid.  I do NOT receive any of your financial information.  Note* e-checks can take up to 10 business days to clear your financial institution and Pay Pal, keep this in mind.  I only ship once I receive a completed payment.

Please be a prompt payer,  listings won on an auction format, please send payment within 72 hrs.  If you purchase it through a Buy It Now, please send payment within 24 hours.  I reserve the right to relist items not meeting these requirements.  If there is a problem, please contact me.  In all likelyhood we can work something out. 

If something doesn't meet your expectations, please contact me.  I strive to make my customers happy.  I cannot remedy a problem if I do not know it exists.  I live by the golden rule, treating others as I wish to be treated.  However, this does not mean I am perfect, unfortunately being human means I can and do make mistakes.  Please bear this in mind if you have a problem.
