We progressed to larger premises in 2009 to keep our range of Lindo products well stocked and continue to respond to our customer's demands, as well as giving us the necessary design space in which to work on the next unique Lindo innovation.

PAYMENT

All payments must be received within 5 days after the winning auction has closed.

IF BUYERS HAVE A DELIVERY ADDRESS IN THE UK HIGHLANDS AND ISLANDS OR NORTHERN IRELAND, WE WILL NEED £8 EXTRA FOR COURIERING LARGER ITEMS (LIKE GUITARS AND OFFICE CHAIRS). FOR SMALLER PRODUCTS, LIKE FLUTES AND CLARINETS, WE ARE ABLE TO SEND THESE VIA ROYAL MAIL AND NO EXTRA CHARGE WILL BE NEEDED.

2. Paypal payment (THIS IS THE ONLY FORM OF PAYMENT WE ACCEPT FOR INTERNATIONAL BUYERS)

SHIPPING

We use Parcelforce 24 for UK mainland customers which is a next WORKING day service, but please allow up to 3-4 days for delivery.

Our items are located in the UK and we only accept sterling (£ GBP)!!

Zone 1: Mainland UK
Zone 2: UK Highlands and Islands and Northern Ireland - sent via Royal Mail if possible otherwise couriered with an extra £8 charge.
Zone 3: Countries in the European Union. Postage may vary, please contact us if you are not sure.
Zone 4: We do not ship outside of the European Union

Combined Shipping
This is only available if you add additional accessories to your order. We DO NOT ship to PO Box addresses.

IF THE BUYER PROVIDES AN INCORRECT ADDRESS AND THE PARCEL IS RETURNED TO US-THE CUSTOMER MUST TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR REPEAT SHIPPING COSTS.

We do our best to dispatch items ASAP and most items are shipped out within 24 hours of receiving payment in normal working days (Monday-Friday).
WE ARE NOT A SHOP WITH PUBLIC LIABILITY AND THEREFORE ARE UNABLE TO OFFER A COLLECTION SERVICE FROM OUR PREMISES

RETURNS

By any chance if you do not like the product, it can be returned in it's original condition within 14 days of receipt.

Damaged in Transit?
- All items will be thoroughly checked before being despatched and packed in recycled cardboard with extra padding all round to the best of our ability.
- Please double-check items when you receive them to make sure they are in perfect working order and if you are not sure, then please check with someone who knows!
- If you do receive goods which have been damaged in transit, this must be reported to us (0117 300 9806) as soon as possible - ideally within 2 working days. We can then process a claim with our courier and replace the item for you as soon as possible. Obviously, the longer a claim is left unreported - the harder it will be for us to compensate you.

12 Month Warranty
All our products come with a 12 month warranty, so please buy with confidence!
Some products, such as musical instruments, always require maintenance and may not justify a return. So please check our website for trouble shooting and instrument care - you may find a problem is very simple to correct and you can solve this at home!

IMPORTANT: Warranty Procedure After the First 14 Days
If given authorisation by a member of the Lindo staff to send a product back after the first 14 days, YOU MUST INCLUDE A £10 CHEQUE TOWARDS THE RETURN COURIER COST. If, after inspection of a product, we find there to be a manufacturing fault then we will return the cheque to you wihtout cashing it.

THE MONEY-BACK POLICY IS ONLY VALID FOR THE FIRST 14 DAY PERIOD!
