Hello and thank you for taking a look at our store. We are new here and we will do more to save you guys money. We work hard for our money and we know you folks out there do the same and if not harder.
So we are pricing our products well below retail value and even lower than what you'll find online. Why?
Because whe believe in social cost of the product, we dont want add high margin for us, so our product cost is based on cover our expenses and have some little margin for us.In this way both costumers and vendor can be happy.
Purchasing and Delivering: We accept Visa/Master Card ,PayPal and wire transfer. Item will be processed and shipped in the next 48hr.
You will receive an email confirming your purchase.Time of delivery is 1-3 days for UK, for the other country of Europe usually 5-10 days(but sometimes you need to add more days as 15 for slow post delivery in other country as Italy).
Shipping: We can shipping your purchase via royal mail, if you need a more faster service contact us for arrange with parcel force or DHL
Shipping International: Yes we ship internationally.If your country is not listed contact us for know the shipping price.
If you want an enhanced shipping method please request this before paying so that I can send a relevant invoice, otherwise I will ship by the invoice requested method.
We are a business, and as such this gives you some extra protection and certain rights.
Firstly you as the customer have a period of 7 days from the item being purchased to cancel your order, this must be done in writing, either by post or email.
For orders that are being cancelled, the item/s must be returned with all tags / labels still attached, unworn, still in original packaging and returned by the appropriate postal method. For more details, or if anything is unclear, you can email us with the email you will have been sent by eBid after the auction has finished.
If you are cancelling an order postage and packaging will NOT be refunded. P&P is refunded if the item is faulty or classed as "not fit for purpose" "Not fit for purpose" does not include buying the wrong size. Full faulty item terms below.
If you receive an item that is faulty (unless described as faulty), not as described, or not fit for purpose you are entitled to a full refund including all postage & packaging cost. If this applies, please email us (our email address is sent before payment is made) with details of the fault/s.
Please leave a contact number in your email, this will speed the process up. If you wish to return an item that is not faulty, I will gladly accept the return and issue you with a refund of the item price but no postage. Faulty item returns will get 100% of the money you spent back.
ALL NON-FAULTY ITEMS MUST BE KEPT IN A SALEABLE CONDITION WITH ALL ORIGINAL LABELS & TAGS STILL ATTACHED.
All refunds will be paid by cheque or the relevant refund button, and this will be done within 48 hours after the goods have been received back.
Shipping Policy.
If in the unlikely event that your payment processor (Paypal, Google checkout, Pppay etc) name or address is not that as shown on eBid, then I will need confirmation by email before I can post your order. This is simply an anti-fraud measurement and required by the payment providers.
I only ship orders after I have received cleared payment. Cleared payment means the following: Paypal instant payments, Google checkout standard payments, unused stamps, cash (sent at own risk) & postal orders.
