ABOUT ME

I have been selling on Ebid since approximately September 2004.  I mainly sell ladies clothing both new and used but I also sell a small variety of childrens and mens clothing. I have recently started selling polythene bags for both wrapping and protecting goods or stock. All of my auctions can be found in my shop Aquarius_online_clothing

AUCTIONS

I am very proud of all my auctions and always try to be as accurate as possible with my descriptions. However I do make mistakes from time to time so if you purchase something from me and feel that I have made an error in my listings please do not hesitate to contact me so that I can rectify the problem. Customer satisfaction is very important to me and I want you to be happy with your purchase

PAYMENT METHODS

I accept payment in the UK by Google Checkout, Paypal, PPPay, cheque or postal order. All payments must be made within 7 days of close of auction. If for any acceptable reason you will be unable to pay in this time span please contact me PRIOR to bidding.  I welcome bids from international buyers but only accept payment from international customers by Google Checkout, Paypal or PPPay - international money orders or cheques are not accepted

SHIPPING

All items are usually shipped the day after receiving payment and if possible on the same day. Please note that I visit the Post Office every weekday (Monday to Friday) but not Saturday. Items purchased on Friday will be posted on Monday unless paid for early enough. I will always try to accomodate my buyers so if you need an item urgently please contact me prior to bidding and if possible I will post for you on Saturday.

RETURNS

All fixed price items or Buy It Now purchases may be returned provided you notify me of your intention to return within 7 days of receipt.  Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt and in the same condition as sent and wherever possible with the original packaging . All returns are at the buyers expense - postage and packaging costs are non refundable. Auction style listings are returnable at my discretion but would buyers please note that all postage costs will be non refundable.

AND FINALLY

If you are unhappy with any part of the transaction then please let me know. Customer happiness is very important to me and like most people I respond much better to friendly criticism. If you have a problem with your purchase I will be just as upset as you and I would genuinely want to resolve it amicably and not with threats.
