I have been selling for over 30 years including the past 16 years online. I have consolidated all of my merchandise into one department type store here on eBid.  Over the years I have developed business relationships with many fine manufactuers and distributors in the USA and around the world.  I am looking forward to working with many fime people and have completely broken all tied with that other online auction place some call  (FEEBAY).

FURNITURE
Items shipped by truck take longer depending on your location and the size of the order. Do not sign for your furniture if there is any damage to the packaging until after you have inspected and made any notes on the bill of lading. DO NOT use a knife of any kind to open the wrapping or boxes your furniture is in as this may do damage to your furniture which will not be covered by the shipping company's insurance.


All domestic orders will be shipped USPS priority mail or Fed Ex with delivery signature confirmation and insurance.
All international orders will be shipped USPS, FedEx or UPS depending on location.

Returns:

All new merchandise purchased from Finestgiftgallery.ebid.net may be returned in their original packaging, new/unused/unworn condition for a full refund of the purchase price less acual original shipping cost within 7 days from original shipment date. All used, preowned or closeout items are not returnable.

E-mail me before returning an item to get a return authorization number. Items returned without an authorization number will be refused.

All returned items must be in the original packaging and must have tracking numbers and fully insured. 
The original shipping cost is not refundable. All shipping and handling costs in connection with returns are the responsibility of the customer.

1. What forms of payment do you accept?
* Pay Pal: Payments clear within 48 hours. Must have a confirmed Pay Pal shipping address. (NO EXCEPTIONS)
* Bank Wire Transfer
* Checks and Money Orders take 5 to10 business days to clear.
* NO C.O.D. ORDERS
2. Do you have a Certificate of Authenticity?
Many Jewelry items can be certified by independent gemological laboratory. (allow up to 10 extra days for this service) The certifcation cost $45.00 per item.  
3. Are certificates being shipped together with main item?
All prepaid Certificates of Authenticity are subject to a 10 day processing time. To avoid main order delay, all certificates are shipped separate from the main item. Customers may request the certificate to be shipped with the item. Separate tracking will be provided once the Certificate of Authenticity is dispatched.
4. What is your RETURN policy?
All merchandise may be returned in their original, unused condition for a full refund of the purchase price within 7 days.  All returned packages must have tracking numbers and insurance. All shipping and handling costs in connection with returns are the responsibility of the customer. You must contact us for a return authorization number within 7 days and the return authorization number must be on the shipping label or the item will be refused or subject to a 40% restock fee. Certificate fee's are not refundable. Refunds will be made in the same form as payment was recieved. Some returned items may be subject to a 15% restock fee. If a store credit is issued for your return it will be 100% of the purchase price. Some closeout and liquidation items will be marked non returnable in the auction description.
5. Do you COMBINE shipping? 
We combine shipping for all of our orders. Additional fees may apply and vary. For most items, additional shipping costs $4.99 per item. 
6. When can I expect my order to arrive?
We usually ship all orders within 2 to 3 business days of receiving payment. US orders are usually delivered within 3 to 5 days of being shipped. International orders might take up to 3 to 4 weeks depending on your country, but they are usually delivered within two weeks.
7. When will my order arrive if 2-Day FedEx or Overnight FedEx is selected?
Orders are processed 2 business days after payment is received. So, if your order is placed on Monday, package will be shipped on Wednesday. If Overnight service is selected, item will arrive on Thursday. If 2-Day service is selected, order will arrive on Friday.
8. How much is the Shipping and Handling Charge?
Varies for each auction. Please note that we offer combined shipping.
9. Do you ship INTERNATIONALLY?
Yes, we ship to most countries. We reserve the right not to ship to certain countries if we expect to have customs problems. Please be advised that we reserve a right for watches or other items containing ANIMAL PRODUCTS (i.e. python, crocodile, alligator, and similar skin straps) not to be shipped internationally. All packages to South Africa, France, and Hong Kong will ONLY be shipped via FedEx to a residence or business address (excluding P.O. Boxes). Regular shipping rates will apply (No extra charge for FedEx).  WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR CUSTOMS DUTIES YOUR COUNTRY MAY CHARGE YOU UPON DELIVERY.
10. Can you send my item as a GIFT or DECLARE LOWER VALUE? 
All of our packages, international or within the US, will be marked as commercial items. We will also provide the correct e-Bid total order value to customs. We cannot make any exceptions.
11. Is this item AUTHENTIC? 
All of our items are 100% authentic.  All items are brand new, unless otherwise and clearly stated as pre-owned or pre-loved.
12. What is the shipping method for EXPENSIVE items?
We reserve the right to ship certain items over $750 via FedEx service only to make sure your package arrives quickly and securely. Items under $750.00 are shipped USPS Priority Mail.  All items are shipped insured with delivery confirmation and signature required.
All items will be shipped via approved carrier (USPS, Fed-Ex) to make sure all orders are fully tracked and recorded with e-Bid.
13. Can I ship to an ALTERNATE ADDRESS? 
Your address must be verified by PayPal. We will be happy to ship the item to a different address if PayPal has verified it. Contact them and get your address verified before placing your order.  Payment with Check or Money Order can be shipped to any location once the payment has cleared the bank.
14. Can you RESIZE a ring for me?
Please contact us if you would like to resize your ring for a $55 fee. Please be aware that not all rings can be resized.  Make sure of your ring size before requesting a resize.  Resized rings are NOT refundable.
15. How to determine your ring sizes?
Our ring sizes are usually given in US and European measurements. Please use Ring Size Converter to find French, German, British, Swiss, and Japanese ring sizing information.
16. I paid for several orders in the same day. Will they be SHIPPED TOGETHER?
Please wait until all of the auctions have ended and complete the checkout from the most recent email that you received from us. Once you have completed the checkout, you will not be able to combine any additional auctions. We start to process and rush your order once checkout is completed with cleared payment.
17. Where can I get my TRACKING number? 
We will email you your tracking number once we process your order and we receive the tracking number from the shipper after item is picked up from us. All of our packages are safely insured.
18. Will I have to pay DUTIES/IMPORT TAXES on ordered items? 
Any custom fees due for payment upon order delivery will be the sole responsibility of the customer. We cannot say with certainty how much duties will you be paying upon order receipt. Please consult your Countries  local Customs Office for duties, regulations and restrictions for details on this issue.
19. What kind of WARRANTY is provided for the watches?
Warranty information will be included with each watch if available. Since some of the items are close-out deals, manufacture warranty may not be available. Many closeout and liquidation items do not have a warranty. Auction marked as closeout or liquidation have no warranties or guarantees of any kind.
20. Do you have a STORE and where is it located?
We do not have a showroom or a physical store. All sales are done via e-Bid.

Customer satisfaction is our # 1 priority, we stand behind the quality of all our Items. All of our merchandise is inspected before we ship it to you. If an item is defective (which is rare) will replace the defective item for you. If you are not happy with your purchase simply contact us withing 7 days of receipt for a Return Authorization Number.
