Greetings!  We are a 3rd generation small family business and have been using foils in various ways for 40 years. We started in the trophy/tourist sector, and moved into Craft sales and use of foils. Then we started to specialize in Nail art foils. We now have stock of a selection of Nail Art items, but our main stock is foils.
We are always interested to find new ways to use the foils and love to hear buyers' experiences and experiments. We love to receive your pictures.
Please ask if you have a specific need that is not nail art.

OUR WORK ETHICS.
We like to give personal service, and to be honest, friendly and reliable. We have made many friends during our business contacts.  
We have linked our previous feedback so you can see our record of internet sales service going back 8 years on other sites.  Feel free to approach us for anything....

RETURN POLICY
If there is a problem with a damaged parcel, we will work with you to sort this in a friendly manner. Using photos as proof of damage is acceptable.

If you have simply changed your mind, you may return items which are in unused and as arrived condition. You need to contact us within 7 days and return item within 14 days. Buyer is responsible for postage both ways. Please ask us how to return items. We will refund when we receive the items. The tracking information will tell you when we have received it. 

In the case of faulty items, we will pay postage both ways. Refunds will not be given for intentionally damaged items.

MISSING ITEMS.
Please contact us if your parcel does not arrive in a reasonable time.
We have procedures in place to deal with this problem.

We work with the Post Office to minimise theft in the delivery process. If you have a missing parcel, please expect to be contacted by the Post Office.

CUSTOMS CHARGES.
Customs charges vary for different countries. It is up to you as the buyer to sort if there are any customs charges from us in the UK to your country. Please do not ask us to falsify forms etc. We are an honestly run business.
