About Me

Hi My name is Lynn, I have always been crafting in one way or another be it Cards, Cross Stitch. 

One day i saw a Jewelry Starter Kit and decided to buy, got it home sat and looked at it not knowing what anything was, other than the beads.

I found a lovely lady close by me who had a Jewelry Shop and also taught the basics, so after a few lessons with her, I started to make my own jewelry.

I have since been expanding my collection of Gemstones and also my knowledge of jewellery making through further workshops which i love taking part in. I have also now added Swarovski® Crystal Jewellery, beautiful sparkly and for any occasion.

I now have a number of shops, on Amazon, Ebay, Etsy and my own Website.

Processing time

The time I need to prepare an order for dispatch varies. For details, see individual items.

Customs and import taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.

I gladly accept retruns and cancellations

Contact me within: 14 days of delivery

Send items back within: 30 days of delivery

Request a cancellation within:  2 hours of purchase

The following items can't be returned or exchanged

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

• Custom or personalised orders

Conditions of return

Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Gift wrapping and packaging

All of my jewelry includes a lovely white or silver gift box, unless stated differently in the description. Items are sent securely to make sure they are received in perfect condition.

Custom and personalised orders

I accept custom orders and i'm happy to work to any specification you require and together we can come up with the perfect piece of jewelry for you. Due to the fact that i make sure you are completely happy before purchasing the custom order, returns or refunds will not be accepted.

Care instructions

As with all Jewelry to keep it in perfect condition it needs to be kept away from water and perfume.

Sizing details

All sizes are on my descriptions, but should you require a different size, please do not hesitate to contact me.

Shipping

Shipping Times - All packages are sent 1st Class Standard Delivery in the UK and International, unless you have upgraded at checkout to recorded for the UK or recorded and tracked for International.

Please allow between 2 - 4 days for delivery in the UK and between 1 - 2 weeks for International deliveries.

During the holiday periods i.e. Christmas, delivery can take longer and delays can also be caused due to customs, which i cannot be held responsible for.

I do have the option of Tracked and Signed for all international, Australia will only allow tracked or signed, not both, so any additional shipping cost will be refunded.

Further conditions of return

I request that all items are returned in their original LynnsGemCreations packaging and in the condition in which they were received.
I strongly advise all customers to check their purchase thoroughly upon delivery before removing any attached tags or discarding packaging.
I cannot accept returned items that have been worn or used. I do not accept returns on earrings for health reasons.
