Our business is ecommerce where we describe merchandise to the best of our ability. We rely on customers to read descriptions, sizes and specific details in our listings.

Terms & Conditions:

We have implemented this procedure to assist our customers and to set up guidelines for our business. Your cooperation is needed in following our internal policy & procedure which will ensure a smooth transaction when doing business with us. Please read our policy and feel free to email us with any questions.

Payment & Shipping:

We accept on line payments via paypal. We do not accept personal checks or money orders. Buyers are not required to have a paypal account to purchase from us. Payments are expected within 3 days after purchase or closing of auction. Currently we ship only within the USA.

Combined Orders:

When possible, items that are purchased by the same buyer will be shipped in one package if previous purchased items have not been shipped. Please email us for a total to combine shipping when applicable before paying if multiple items are being purchased.

Claims & Returns:

Claims or returns are expected as soon as possible in writing to meet the 14 day windo period. An RMA number will be assigned by us which is a unique number for each customer showing authorization has been approved for returning merchandise. This number shall be written or marked clearly on the outside of the return package by customer Please note if package is sent to us without approval it will be refused. Return shipping fees are paid by buyer and non refundable. Customers are responsible for packaging merchandise adequately to avoid damage in transit. Use similar type of package and tape that the merchandise was originally shipped with. Your name and contact information should be in your return package with a short note. 

Condition of Product:

Product(s) shall be returned new as it was shipped out. The majority of our items are brand new unless specified pre-owned in our listings. Product tags shall be returned when applicable. We reserve the right to inspect merchandise for re-sell condition before return has been completely granted. There shall be no wear or tear, no alterations, no cigarette smoke smell, no perfume smell, no body odor smell, no pet hair or smell on return merchandise.
 

Buyers Credit:

Returns are granted with the policy above for any merchandise sold by us. In the event there is an agreement of exchanged merchandise, shipping fees for both ways will be the reponsibility of the buyer. When buyers are not in compliance with terms and conditions and have failed to notify us as stated above there will be no exchange or return. In the event that we honor a refund in any cost, it will be in merchandise cost only no shipping fees will be refunded. For any dollar refund that is granted under certain circumstances it will be at our discretion.
