have ordered the t-bone from hubby with trimmings

can have choice of oil heating or stove

as for leprechauns, you will just have to hunt the gardens yourself

ps think you need to watch the weather forecast, you are getting anything up to 10cm of snow

Frankly, I'm not one for huge houses with spaces going un or under used. I suppose that things like formal dining rooms, billiard rooms, conservatories and libraries can be useful to those that entertain alot or have interests in literature or music. Personally, I prefer to think of rooms as merely spaces which can be adapted for any purpose needed by the occupants. Bedrooms once occupied by offspring can easily be transformed into home offices or sewing rooms or such once the children have left the nest.

Unfortunately, I've found that the amount of clutter one accumulates usually expands to fill the amount of space one has to store it. So regardless of the amount of room one has it is never enough.

We have what people call a through lounge, where the front room & dining room are in one room, but I think there was a wall in between the 2 rooms and made into 1 large room. Then where the back windows was we now have a set of 2 doors, then its been extended out back. Dont like this lay out but suppose it will do till I move to either Margate or Somerset, depends on how much it would be to rent property out there.

Well Herbie has the luck of the Irish Jean as I'm going to Dublin in April !
I had a look at the map to see if I could land on her doorstep but she's miles away so she can heave a sigh of relief !
