How, precisely, does one go about returning to IE7 from IE8?

Kristina - It sounds to me like you are using Vista? - lot's of people with that same problem when we first switched over.
From your original descriptions, can you copy the HTML? If so, try copying HTML and pasting to HTML here. That has worked better from certain sites. Might be worth trying.

Can I also say that there is little point in using fancy fonts, they may show up on your computer, but unless everyone has that font, then it will show up as Times New Roman (or whatever their default font is) for everyone else.

I tried to tell one of my previous employers that, but they wouldn't listen. They used Mistral, but very few people have that font, it seems (or did at the time) as it wasn't a Windows standard one. They were shocked when I finally managed to prevail on them to look at their web pages from a computer outside their network. They looked nothing like the site they imagined they had.
