All the products we sell are qualified quality devices that first have been checked by certified technicians before send out from our affiliates. This gives us and to our consumers confidence and peace of mind that you are purchasing electronics without worries.

The past year we sold numerous amounts of items from our web site and we decided to add some of them in eBid for consumer’s benefit.

Warranty And Returns

All our products are covered by a 12-month warranty for return and repair/replacement.

Except PCB’s and electronic parts because they sold as spare parts. PCB’s have 30 days warranty and electronic parts are sold as is without warranty and returns.

Every consumer electronics purchased from the Store must return to the vendor within 14 days from the day the product was received according the date that is written on the box and according the tracking number in order to issue refund.

If you are drop-shipping, any product returns (and all the communications) still have to be handled through you, because you are our customer. In fact it is probably in your interests for the customer not to know about our company and to deal directly with you.

In practice, it is possible for you to discuss any return issue with us, and provide our return address to your customer. Then they can send the faulty item back to us in the warehouse and we can ship the replacement directly to them, without you having to handle any products. Obviously this is the most suitable solution where you or your customers are in different countries.

In terms of customer support and technical support for devices, the responsibility rests with the vendor, i.e. you if you are drop-shipping. Of course we will  provide you as much help to you as we can, and with technical questions it may simply be a matter of relaying our information to your customers.
 

Shipping Policy

We are shipping worldwide to all 6 continents of the world:
North America, South America, Europe, Asia, Oceania and South Africa.
Most packages are shipping within 3-5 business days, with the exception of South America and South Africa are shipping within 5-15 days because it is more affordable in these regions. Any way we are trying to send out with the most affordble shipping method. 

Most available shipping methods are:
Standard Delivery by International Airmail within 5-15 business days with Express Mail Service (EMS). 
Express/Expedited Delivery by International Airmail within 3-5 business days (UPS, FedEx, DHL).

In many Western Asian and African countries the shipping charges may vary. In this case we are not responsible for any additional charges that may occur. We recommend you to ask for shipping quote from us before purchasing.


eBid/Drop-Shipper & Return Policy

This is how we deal with eBid/dropship returns issues:

All our products carry at least a 12 month warranty, guaranteed by our company, in addition to any factory guarantees. Also every consumer electronics sold from our eBid list must return to the vendor within 14 days from the day the product was received according the date that is written on the box and according the tracking number in order to issue refund.

Our company only offers warranty to you the eBid Buyer/dropshipper who has purchased products from us.

Our company will not provide support/warranty to the consumers of our customers. If your consumer contacts about a product issue, please clarify first the issue with them and contact us within for the standard RMA process.

 

Taxation and Customs Fees 

Please note that all import taxes/duties are the recipient’s responsibility. So if you are delivering to someone else like a friend or direct to a customer, any taxes payable will be their initial responsibility.

US Florida buyers must apply 7% of tax for every purchase and it will be charged while checking out with PayPal or Credit/Debit Card.

We will accept no responsibility for customs costs inquired.

Many countries do not charge import duties on private items, samples, and goods below a certain stated value.

However, you may find that you have to pay taxes when goods you’ve ordered from us arrive in your country.

Obviously you will want this to be as low as possible, but we CANNOT give you advice or information about tax rates and customs charges in your country.

All we can do is declare the value of the shipped goods at a nominal value which may still be fully taxable.

Items shipped from us will be declared at the lowest nominal market price as a standard assumption.

This lowest market price is based on the manufacturing origin and might not be reflective of how much the item will cost you if bought in your local retail market.

You must ensure you find out about regulations in your own country before ordering from us. In most countries the actual origin of the goods is not important: only the declared value of the goods and declared contents is relevant.

Let us know if you have any special packing or labeling instructions when placing your order. Add comments to the box on the “Delivery Information” page of PayPal.

We will never falsely identify or misrepresent goods on customs forms.

We do not add any sales taxes or hidden charges to orders.

 

Payment Information

We accept payment for orders by PayPal or Credit/Debit card in every transaction directly with PayPal’s check out SSL (128bit/256bit encryption) system. 

PayPal offers a secure method to send money from your credit/debit card without telling online shops your credit/debit card numbers. You choose which method to use on the screen of the online checkout process, and the screen gives you instructions how to make the payment.

We do not accept payments by phone or personal checks of any kind in order to avoid illegal activities because some people are trying to take the advantage of our web site and are trying to use fake information in order to send out counterfait checks.
