Shipping - I usually ship via US Postal Service within 1 or 2 days of payment. If an order is less than one pound, I will ship via First Class Package for the best price, and it will usually reach you within 2-4 days. Most orders over one pound will ship Priority Mail, which should be delivered in 2-3 days, with the exception of heavier items or combination orders (over five pounds or so) that will probably go Parcel Post as the most economical means. Books will usually be sent via media mail, which takes longer but offers a lower shipping cost.
Payment - You can use Skrill for simple direct online payment, or I am happy to send you an invoice to pay directly via credit or debit card (I utilize Stripe, so they process the card directly on their secure servers without me having to handle or store the data myself). Please be sure to pay or message me within 3 days of purchase.
Returns - I do accept returns if you are not happy with the item for any reason or simply change your mind. However, I do not refund shipping charges either direction (unless the mistake was mine). I will refund the item cost when it is received back in the same condition it was sent.
