Returns & Shipping Info:
Returns can be obtained by email: be aware that returns are subject to a *restocking fee based on the policies of eCaffé. S&H fees are non-refundable. Delivery Options and Policies: Most items are delivered in 1-3 days after the stated handling time. Exception cases: In some cases the items may be delayed 1-2 weeks because of "out of stock" conditions. In rare cases it may take 1-2 months to restock items. At times, items are discontinued and "no longer available". In these cases items may be substituted for a similar item. In all exception cases buyers will be contacted. Holiday email correspondence suspended (December 23rd thru January 1st). Delivery schedule: Correspondence email respond Monday-Friday 12am til 7pm EST;Saturday 12 noon til 8:00 pm EST;Our office is closed on Sunday. Our office will be closed on Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Years Eve, and New Years Day. The cut-off day for a Christmas Eve Domestic delivery is December 8th. APO delivery is December 1st. International mail is November 27th for USPS first class and priority mail. Please contact us for International Shipping Rates. Purchase made will not be shipped unless payment is received for shipping and handling. Flat rate international S&H is available.
