Returning a watch
We strongly recommend that you do not wear your watch if you intend to return it. Any watch that has been re-sized, scratched, or blemished will not be accepted. Please return the watch in the original box, with all the packaging materials, manuals, blank warranty cards, and instruction booklets within 30 days. Any additional items included with the watch, such as gift with purchase offers, must also be returned as sent or the cost will be deducted from the refund amount.
