Bought item, paid for item, 3 days later they issue refund that item is not available??? I won't buy from them again!

BEWARE. Shipped but missing parts. Said he would take care of it then dropped off the face of the earth. No part. Not responding to emails. Phone numbers not valid. BEWARE.
