Hi there, my name is Lesley Mina and I am the Crafty Artisan.

I have been crafting for many years knitting, soap making, candle making and needlework, but my passion for card making started in 1997 when I discovered the UK shopping channel Create & Craft. From the moment I bought my first card making kit I was hooked and haven't looked back since! I started in the usual way, making cards for family and friends until it was suggested that I could sell my cards to fund what was then still a hobby. And so I sold my cards with considerable success on another well known auction site and at local craft fayres etc.

As the years went by I developed my own style of cards and they took on their own 'personality' to the extent that people tell me they can recognise a 'Lesley' card! I was also honoured to be a part of a design team for a couple of years for Magik Graphics and my card samples were frequently displayed on TV when Magik Graphics sold their products on Create & Craft.But what started as a hobby has now developed into a small business.

I retired early from my admin job in retail to concentrate on building my presence on the world wide web and delighted to be a registered member of The Professional Crafters Guild. I am so lucky to be able to spend my time in my craft studio at home designing and creating beautiful handmade cards for all those special occasions for my customers to send with love.T
