I bought this kit at the listed price. The ad said there were 99 kits in stock. The seller then relisted the kit at a higher price and cancelled my order saying there were no kits in the warehouse.

Seller stated that the item wasn't in stock, same issue for the same item on another site. The item is still listed and at a higher price, so he is intentionally listing items that he doesn't have.
