Published by Webb & Sons, The Royal Seed Establishment, Wordsley, Stourbridge, not numbered.

Postally used on 20 January 1910 with double circle Stourbridge cancellation on green halfpenny stamp and sent to Mr Richard Johns, North Country, Redruth, Cornwall and acknowledging his order for seeds.

Good condition, with slight corner bumps, but a few marks to the front and tiny crease to top right corner.
