Very Good. 189 pp. ; LCCN: 62-7299 red cloth with silver lettering in colorful black, white, red and peach colored dustjacket, protected in mylar ; name blotted out on ep ; slight foxing ; VG/VG
This is the exciting and fascinating story of the author and her family's time China from 1930 until they were forced to leave twenty-one years later. Her struggle to keep a healthy family life with her husband, a medical missionary, and infant son, shows incredible courage in the face of adversity and danger. The book is in very good to fine overall condition; the spine is tight, and the cover is clean with shelf wear including scuffing. The pages are clear and sharp with minimal yellowing. This was in a church library til renovations and updates were done and is now available as collectible book. The dust jacket is unclipped with minimal chipping and is in very good condition. This is a wonderful book and it would be an excellant addition to anyone's book collection. The book is about 6" x 8-1/2" x 1", 189 pages, and about 1-2 lbs.+/- with packaging.
