Includes the Disc (DVD), The manual (33 pages) and the Playstation Case (with memory holder).
I bought this game at a charity sale, to support flood victims in southern Alberta.
The surface of the disc has lots of scratching on it. I don't have a playstation to test the game on, but I am able to read parts of it with my PC.
The game case says NTSC U/C. (North American Region).
