1973 NWF Booklet of 40 Christmas Bird Stamps


In 1973 the  National Wildlife Federation issued Christmas bird stamps in booklet form instead of a sheet

This is in mint condition. This was stored in a box and has never been displayed.

There are four pages with ten different paintings of birds in a winter landscape

There is also a 5¼ by 3 inch print of the painting

Painted and signed by nationally acclaimed wildlife artist Charles Fracé

The booklet and each sheet measure 5¼ by 3 inches

The stamps are 1 by 1½ inches
