Thanks for spending the time visiting urbanwearfair. I am new to ebid, I have only been registered to this site since May 2010. I thought I would leave a message to say hi and introduce myself to you. I have been selling new and used quality genuine designer and high street clothing on eBay for just over two years and I have a 100% feedback rating their with under 1000 score. To be honest I did not know anything about this site until I had a conversation with a friend who highly recommended this site as he has a store here and he finds the buyers extremely nice. One of the main reasons I am trying this site out it because the really high seller fees that eBay are demanding right now which is not helping me as I am a start up company and need to expand my business and not the shareholders of eBay.

You will find on in my shop an on going range of all weather clothing, I cater for all seasons. I also provide quality genuine designer and high street clothing for babies, boys and girls of all ages. Urbanwearfair also provides quality clothing for men and women for all occasions. We are even starting to sell maternity clothing too.

The service we offer all our watchers/bidders/winners is first class, we shall reply back to messages promptly and inform you via paypal when the item has been dispatched.

We use royal mail postal service for piece of mind and always keep postage receipts; you shall be promptly informed when your item has been dispatched. We offer fast delivery, 95% of our UK items are delivered the next day of cleared payment.

All packaging is made from Biothene Degradable materials, the paper we use to print your postal details is 100% recycled paper. To minimise excessive ink use when printing your labels we print in economical mode.

We offer prompt next day or same day shipping upon receipt of cleared funds. Once you have left feedback upon our profile informing us what you think of the item and the service we provide then we shall instantly leave feedback for you without the hassle of chasing urbanwearfair up.

Urbanwearfair Returns Policy.

Urbanwearfair shall endeavour to supply only the highest quality products and believe you will be delighted with your purchase. However, if you are unhappy with the product and wish to exchange you can return it to us following the steps outlined below.

Exchange Goods

If you return the product in its original condition including tags and packaging (if purchased with the above), Urbanwearfair shall provide you with a same cost alternative. Carriage costs for delivering an exchanged item will be charged.

Unsuitable Items

Urbanwearfair is happy to refund the cost of the goods excluding postage if an item is unsuitable if we am notified within 7 days of receipt of the item. The item must be unworn and in original condition when returned. Incorrect/Faulty Goods If you return an item to me that is faulty, which you did not order, or for any other reason that is my fault, urbanwearfair shall refund or exchange the full value including all postages. In the unlikely event of this happening please contact us first and we shall let you know how you should send the items back to Urbanwearfair. Time Limit WE must be informed of any exchanges sought or notified of faulty or incorrectly sent purchases within 7 days of receipt of goods
