I list mostly new or very good usable items. If I list something in fair condition, I will make notes in the listing as to why it's considered fair.

REASONS for return: I overlooked something wrong with the item I sent the wrong item or size.

NOT REASONS for return: Buyer overspent while on a shopping spree, buyer expects brand new item even though the item is listed as pre-owned
