Some Information About Ineptmagus

Giving you a little more insight into the seller.

We are just starting on eBid having previously sold on another similar site which I will not name, where I have excellent feedback.  I have many things to sell but will take some time to build up, we will start with stamps and First Day Covers, then some womens fashion wear and then baby essentials, so a mixed bag.  We need space in our storage unit so all these products will be reasonably priced.  Please browse our shop, many thanks for looking.  Ineptmagus

We accept PayPal and when shown Skrill.

SHIPPING

We aim to despatch items within 1 working day.

United Kingdom - We offer United Kingdom Economy Delivery.  This means we will send your item(s) using Royal Mail 2nd Class Standard delivery.  The estimated arrival date for your item(s) would be between 2 to 3 working days including Saturdays.  A Certificate of Postage will be obtained.  If you want your item faster we offer Royal Mail 1st Class which should mean next working day delivery including on Saturday.  Within the UK if you wish your item tracked you can choose despatch by MyHermes Couriers which has a delivery time of 3 - 5 days or the purchase is over £30.00 then we will despatch it by the same tracked and insured method.

International Postage - where this is offered, we use Royal Mail International Standard they aim to deliver within Europe 3 - 5 working days, North America 5 - 7 days.  

If you want your item sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery (Next Day) guaranteed before 1pm or International Tracked or Tracked & Signed then please contact us.

LOST POST

If your items do not arrive please carry out the obvious checks viz neighbours, leaving points around your property.  If no luck then please contact us.  We always make a report to Royal Mail or the relevant carriers if it is alleged that there is a loss in transit.

Returns Accepted

We fully comply with the Consumer Contracts Regulations and Sale of Goods Act 1979 (as amended).

Change of Mind or the item not up to scratch i.e. goods not of a satisfactory quality, or as described or not fit for purpose - Consumers have 14 calendar days after the item is received to let us know if they would like to return it for a refund. Please contact us within this period as soon as you decide. We will then come to an arrangement in line with the above legislation.
