We stock a wide range of high quality products, all made here in the UK. Only the finest materials are used and engraved, etched or printed using precision machinery and professional staff.

 

How much is delivery?

Our standard delivery is FREE. We can also offer express tracked delivery on some items, at an extra cost.

 

When will I receive my order?

Most items have a 1 to 3 working day production time before being dispatched, and they will then take 2 or 3 days to be delivered.

Some items may take longer, especially in busy periods.

 

Where is my order?

Orders using standard delivery are sent using Royal Mail and are not tracked. They also do not require signing for. So if you haven't received the items a few days after dispatch, we recommend you contact your local sorting office to see if they are holding a parcel for you, and check with neighbours. Also, allow for weekends and bank holidays. Please note that we have to allow Royal Mail 10 working days to deliver before we can issue a replacement / refund.

If you buy an item that is eligible for express day delivery, you will be provided with a tracking number from a courier service and it should arrive within 2 working days.

 

What if I want to return an item or there is a problem?

In the rare event of a fault or damage, we can arrange a refund or replacement. See our returns policy for more details. Please note that any non-faulty personalised items cannot be returned or refunded. Therefore it is very important that you carefully check the personalisation text you enter when ordering a product, as it cannot be rectified afterwards.

Many of our products can be customised with your message or names through being engraved, etched or printed on all kinds of materials such as wood, glass, fabric, metal and ceramic..

Returns Accepted

In accordance with the UK Distance Selling Regulations, personalised items CANNOT BE RETURNED due to the unique nature of the item.

In the unlikely event the item arrives damaged or faulty, you will need to notify us straight away.

You will need to provide us with photographs taken of the damage / problem with the item. We cannot issue a refund or replacement without this proof.

•Once an order for a personalised item has been accepted, it CANNOT BE CANCELLED.
